Ignatius Baikwa

Managing Director & Co-Founder

Since joining MK Touch in 2019, Ignatius Baikwa has been employed as, Senior Consultant. In this role, Ignatius serves as the Managing Director for the group and in addition is currently developing and leading new strategies to enhance MK Touch’s approach. Ignatius has vast experience in various fields of ICT Sector stretching from 2013 up to date.

He has in-depth knowledge in project management, system analysis, business needs analysis, security and object oriented modeling. He has managed and overseen many high profile projects in the recent years as a team leader, Ministry of Tourism and MTN HQ’s Access Control and CCTV systems. Before joining MK Touch Ignatius worked for Kobla Quashie and Associates as an IT Consultant. He was in charge of monitoring and maintenance of computer systems. Active Directory, disaster recovery, network administrator, security and IT Audit.

Vuma Dlamini

Senior Consultant & Co-Founder

An accountant with vast experience in business advisory, accounting and taxation services spanning over 4 years. He is the Public Officer of MK Touch appointed by Eswatini Revenue Authority. Vuma is responsible for assisting clients and companies with their financial and income tax statements, prepare payments, identifying tax savings, and analyzing tax issues.

Prior to joining MK Touch as a Senior Consultant, He was employed as an Accounting and Tax Clerk at Kobla Quashie and Associates. Vuma gained experience in due diligence, resource assessments and Business process improvement. During his four-year tenure, Vuma worked closely with firms such as J&E Construction, MP Foods Processors, Ruchi Wholesalers, MoTruck Services, Multipurpose Distributors and Techno Brain. His areas of expertise included incentives negotiation and regulatory approvals.

This background provides his with a unique perspective when conducting due diligence, dealing with statutory matters.

Innocent Bhaikwa

SHEQ Consultant

Innocent is responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental regulations, and quality control, on-site and in construction firms. As a safety, health, environment and quality (SHEQ) Consultant, Innocent is responsible for devising practices within a workplace to ensure health and safety, and environmental best practice on-site.

He carries out quality control inspections to ensure high standards are kept. His job role includes the following duties:

Ensuring health and safety, environmental and quality standards are met on-site
Investigating accidents and writing reports
Identifying potential hazards
Completing risk assessments and site inspections
Suggesting improvements to working processes
Ensuring staff understand safety procedures
Checking equipment is safe
Compiling statistics for reports and presentations
Monitoring environmental impacts
Developing and reviewing safety policies and procedures
Advising and training staff on best working practices
Liaising with inspectors and trade unions.

Jackson Biswalo

Head of Software Development

Jackson plans, directs, and coordinates all activities related to writing software programs. He manages all the activities of the software development group; sets attainable goals to team members in order for the project to be finished on time; provides guidance to team members to encourage work productivity; makes sure the timeline is followed by the software development group

Jackson manages multiple projects at once. ensures appropriate procedures and processes are followed when it comes to software development ,he represents the software department in meetings; participates in design control activities; monitors, evaluates and ensures the completion of tasks and projects.

Analyzes software requirements; implements design plans, reviews unit tests; documents software development; monitors status of developing software; writes, reviews and revises product requirements and specifications; participates in other areas of the software development process; and provides technical support to other company personnel.

Lwazi Dlamini

Accounting Consultant

Lwazi is responsible for programming, implementing, and handling of MK Touch accounting processes. She offers assistance to customers, as well as helping to resolve issues affecting the customer. Her core responsibilities are typically to prepare and examine financial records, assuring information is up to date and accurate.
